Description

This is :iconyuninaoki:'s 2nd prize for coming first in :iconcandy-princesses: Fancy dress contest.  She wanted her OC, Sailor Chibi Celestial. 

I forgot how much I loved drawing Sailor Moon stuff, and this was honestly fun to draw and colour.
