Description

This is a prize request for :iconanimecolourful: for entering Candy-Princesses Christmas Contest.  She wanted her OC, Sailor Messier 54, so here she is.

I think I messed up some of the colours.  I'm sorry if I did, but I do hope it's appreciated!

Drawn with an HB pencil, coloured with Crayola Supertips, Berol markers and Letraset Promarkers, and outlined with a black pen.
