Something I really needed to say.

Art that is made to specifically target another person and their opinions, as well as to slander them, is classed as hate art.  Hate art can be made for a number of reasons, the most common example being because a person has crossed you, or you wish to make fun of a certain person. 

HOWEVER.  It's also technically bullying if it is not parodic or satirical in any way (which, let's face it, most hate art isn't).  If your art and your actions are causing people to lose sleep and constantly be paranoid, maybe you should stop and THINK about what you are doing before shitting out more hate.
