For :iconmasterofra:, he wanted Chibiusa, so here she is. Can't remember where the outfit's from though.

I believe I am getting better at drawing her :D

Drawn with a pencil, coloured with Crayola Supertips and outlined with a pen.

BG is from a packet of Topshop strawberry bootlace and was added on Arcsoft Photostudio5, as was the SM logo.
